It was unexpectedly time consuming to create make the HIS MAJESTY THE WORM character sheet form fillable. However, this isn't something you want to get wrong. If you're staring at something as a player and a checkbox is off center, it's going to drive you insane.

There are so many details I like about this sheet. 

• The character sheet is intended to be folded into a booklette. I find having a little booklette to be VERY compelling at the table. 
• Notice the dotted line going from the hand slots to your light tracker. This is a subtle cue that your light source must be held in one of your hand slots. 
• The rolled up writing area for the 4th and 5th pet skills demarcates that only familiars (as opposed to a normal pet) can utilize those skill slots.
• There's a visual consistency between things you mark off (like Wounded talents) and resources you use up (like Resolve). 

Anyway, it took a lot of detail oriented fiddling, but I'm very pleased with the end result--and I hope my players will be too.
